Hardness Testers

Bench hardness testers are instruments used to measure the hardness of materials, typically metals. These devices are mounted on a bench and apply a specific force to an indenter, which then penetrates the material being tested. The depth or size of the indentation is measured to determine the material's hardness. Common scales used in bench hardness testing include Rockwell (HRA, HRB, HRC), Brinell (HBW), and Vickers (HV).
