Table Metal Hardness Testers

Bench hardness testers are instruments used to measure the hardness of materials, usually metals. These devices are placed on a bench and apply a specific force to an indenter, which then penetrates the material being tested. The depth or size of the penetration is measured to determine the hardness of the material. Common scales used in bench hardness testing include Rockwell (HRA, HRB, HRC), Brinell (HBW), and Vickers (HV).
