The thermometer-hygrometer records the temperature and humidity of the air, while simultaneously storing them in a memory of 16,000 values, which makes it ideal for long-term records. The thermometer-hygrometer is found in the food sector (e.g. refrigerated counters in supermarkets, refrigerated transport, warehouses) and in industry in general (heating and cooling processes, machine temperatures, product warehouses...). An LED indicates that the thermometer-hygrometer is recording data, which is easily transferred to a computer for further processing and graphical display. Recording can either be activated manually or programmed in advance via computer (start and stop time, date and recording rate).

The internal clock with date allows the user to precisely schedule their measurements and set the measurement rate of the parameters. By pressing the thermometer button, the current measurement is terminated and a new measurement is taken.
