View full detailsEndoscopic cameras are industrial optical inspection tools for non-destructive viewing of internal cavities and hard-to-reach areas in engines, piping and equipment. They enable visual checks and fault documentation without disassembly, reducing downtime and maintenance cost.
Available with flexible or semi-rigid probes, multiple lengths and diameters, adjustable LED illumination, and either an integrated display or PC connectivity. Options include photo/video recording, waterproof heads and interchangeable tips, from PCE Instruments & Insize.
Well suited for automotive, marine, HVAC and industrial maintenance; choose based on access diameter, required probe length and image quality.
Industrial Endoscopes
Industrial endoscopes (or video endoscopes) are advanced optical tools that allow visual inspection of hard-to-reach points inside machinery and piping. They use a flexible or rigid probe with an integrated high-resolution camera and LED lighting, transmitting a live image to a screen for diagnosing faults without disassembling the equipment.
- Capabilities: They feature head articulation (articulation) for full control of the viewing angle and the ability to record photos and videos.
- Applications: Essential in aerospace (turbine inspection), the automotive industry, HVAC network maintenance, and the chemical industry.
- Features: They offer high resistance to oils, water, and temperatures, with probes of various diameters and lengths that adapt to every technical requirement.
