The PCE-IT100 insulation tester measures insulation resistance up to 4000 MΩ using test voltages of 125V, 250V, 500V and 1000V. It also measures low resistance up to 400 Ω and AC and DC voltage, and has a continuity test with buzzer. A data hold function freezes the current reading, while max and min values can be recorded during voltage and low-ohm measurement.

Large digits and a backlit display keep readings legible in poor light. The rotary knob selects the measuring function and the large buttons make operation simple. The meter is rated CAT III 1000V to EN 61010-1.
