The PCE-ITM 20 is a digital multimeter with a built-in insulation tester. It measures voltage, current, resistance, frequency and capacitance. It also measures temperature with the supplied type K thermocouple. Autorange gives fast, safe operation, and the large backlit LCD is easy to read.

The insulation tester uses test voltages up to 1000 V. It measures insulation resistance up to 5000 MΩ (5 GΩ). It also shows PI and DAR values directly, so you can quickly assess the insulation of the device under test. Readings are saved to internal memory. You can recall them on the display or send them to a PC via the wireless USB interface.
