Description

The ISM-H5000 is a 3D measuring microscope with a large depth of field, suitable for precise morphology measurements at the surface and profile level. It supports stereoscopic imaging, automatic focusing, image stitching, and 2D/3D analysis. It is equipped with telecentric lenses, a rotating stage, and motors on the axes for high accuracy. The software allows measurements of distance, angles, radius, and profile, as well as data export.
