The PCE-010 is a handheld pocket Brix refractometer. It measures % Brix (sucrose or sugar content) in low-concentration translucent liquids. Typical samples are fruit and vegetable juices, maple sap and industrial coolants.

A smooth focusing eyepiece shows an easy-to-read scale on a semi-transparent blue and a clear background. Normal room lighting is enough to read the result. Automatic temperature compensation (ATC) keeps readings accurate when the operating temperature changes, so you do not need to recalibrate.
