The PCE-T 238 is a battery-powered handheld tachometer for contact and non-contact speed measurement. Optical measurement with the laser reaches up to 99,999 rpm, while contact measurement covers up to 19,999 rpm. Fitted with the surface wheel, it also measures surface speed up to 1999.9 m/min.
The meter reads correctly in either direction of rotation, so no extra setting is needed. Non-contact measurement lets you check the speed of hard-to-reach components. The ABS housing and the rubberised cone and funnel tips suit machine servicing and maintenance work.
