The PCE-T236 is a digital handheld tachometer for contact and non-contact measurement. It measures rotational speed and linear or surface speed, in rpm, m/min or ft/min. It has a built-in laser and comes with mechanical contact attachments. Use it on machines, motors, conveyor belts and other moving parts.
For non-contact measurement, stick laser-reflective tape to the moving part. For contact measurement, fit one of the mechanical attachments. The 5-digit LCD automatically rotates 180° to suit contact or non-contact use. The memory stores the minimum, maximum and last values. A rugged, heavy-duty ABS plastic housing gives a long service life.
