Manufacturer’s Warranty:
We provide a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for any defects resulting from design or production issues. The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, improper use, storage, repair, or transport. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. For defects that occur outside the warranty period, we will make efforts to repair the product either free of charge or at minimal cost. An exception applies to Eilon crane scales, which have a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Insize products are supported by our special 2-year warranty. This means that we extend the manufacturer’s warranty period (usually 12 months) to a full 24 months, at no additional cost to you. We offer this extended warranty because we have full confidence in the quality of Insize products, thanks to our long-term cooperation as an authorized representative.
Warranty exclusions:
- All replaceable instrument sensors are not covered by the warranty. This includes endoscope cameras, hardness measurement sensors, pH meter sensors, and similar items.
- Crane scales: In addition, crane scales that have exceeded the overload limit specified by the manufacturer are not covered by the warranty.
