All knurled wheels or rosettes are made from M2 (High Speed Steel) and have been hardened to 62 HRC. Also, all have been checked for uniform accuracy. The manufacturing tolerances are extremely precise for the knurling thickness and the hole diameter. The hole is always concentric, and the patterns on the wheels are created using the rolled cut method. They are available with straight pattern, left-hand, right-hand, and diamond pattern.
