Neat Cutting Oil for Light Machining (Finishing)

Neat cutting oil for light machining, low odor, which includes a special additive package in its composition to provide marginal lubrication at the tool edge/chip interface. The Q8 Bach XNL 22 also contains a special lubricating additive that acts as a wetting agent, continuously spreading the oil on the actual tool edge. The transparent appearance is particularly helpful for the machine operator, improving the visibility of the workpiece and the movement of the machine tool. Recommended for general machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides excellent performance in operations involving light cuts and where a high level of surface finish is desired. Suitable for automatic machines and lathes with high-pressure auxiliary systems.
