Chipbreaker

• (PS) - Geometry specially designed for finishing on steels, stainless steels, and cast irons. It features a small rake angle and is available with small cutting radii (RE). Suitable for small cutting depths (Ap) and low feeds (Fn). Used for cermet grades. Ensures excellent surface quality.

Grade

• YT100 – New generation general-purpose cermet (P10–P20 / M10–M20 / K10–K20). Increased wear resistance, with a special surface for top finishing.

Feed

• Fn = 0.06~0.25 mm/rev

• (P1-5) - Vc=150~480 m/min
• (P5-9) - Vc=160~480 m/min
• (P10-11) - Vc=70~180 m/min
• (M12-13) - Vc=120~180 m/min
• (M14) - Vc=130~260 m/min
• (K15-16) - Vc=130~450 m/min
• (K17-18) - Vc=100~400 m/min
