Chipbreaker

• (UG) - Geometry for general machining of steels. It features a relatively large rake angle for smoother chip flow and a reinforced cutting edge with a flat section on the edge (T-land). Suitable for medium machining and continuous cutting. Combines toughness and high wear resistance.

Grade

• YG3020 – First choice for general steel machining (P15–P30). CVD TiCN–Al₂O₃ coating. Substrate specially designed for high toughness and smooth surface for increased wear resistance.

Feed

• Fn = 0.15~0.30 mm/rev

Cutting Speed

• (P1-5) - Vc=160~380 m/min
• (P5-9) - Vc=140~320 m/min
• (P10-11) - Vc=60~130 m/min
