The PCE-AM 45 is a handheld anemometer with a telescopic vane probe. It measures air velocity from 0.3 ... 45.0 m/s / 0.9 ... 147 ft/s with a Ø65 mm / 2.5" impeller and calculates volume flow. Wind force is shown directly on a Beaufort scale, and a built-in gyroscope gives the wind direction from the vane orientation. Ambient temperature is displayed from 0 ... 45 °C / 32 ... 113 °F. The telescopic arm extends up to 315 mm / 12.4" for easier alignment.
Readings are stored at the press of a button in the 960-value memory and transferred to a PC via micro USB. The software from the PCE download portal analyses the data and also supports live measurement on the PC.
