The PCE-CSM 5 color meter was developed for quality control and offers high accuracy. The supported color spaces are CIE LAB, XYZ, LCh, RGB, and LUV. Additionally, the PCE-CSM 5 color meter features two different measuring apertures (Ø6mm and Ø10mm). After a measurement with the colorimeter, the reading can be used as a reference value while other measurements can be recorded as samples and later easily compared with the reference value.
The PCE-CSM 5 allows the user to save a measurement as a reference value so that it can be compared in the future with any other measurement taken. The PCE-CSM 3 can store up to 100 reference values and up to 20,000 measurements. Measurement data can also be transferred to a computer via USB port. Special computer software is included in the package.
