The PCE-HT 114 is a refrigerator thermometer and data logger with a temperature and humidity sensor on a 2 m / 6.6 ft cable. It records temperature and humidity inside the refrigerator and shows both on the LCD. The memory holds up to 25,920 readings, read out over the USB port and analysed with the software.
The software also sets high and low temperature alarms and switches the unit to the external sensor. Data is saved in the software format and as a PDF report with a graph of the measurement and a list of all values. The thermometer has a base and a mounting tab on the back, and the display can be switched off to save battery.
