The PCE-HT 225E is a hardness tester or concrete test hammer, also known as a concrete rebound hammer or Swiss hammer. It measures surface hardness and compression strength non-destructively on concrete, rock and building materials.
Readings are shown directly on the LCD and are also announced by voice. The hammer is calibrated by the manufacturer and stores up to 200 measured values. Data is transferred via the USB port to a PC or printer, and PC software for data processing is included. Settings cover pump marking, measuring curve, carbonation depth and upper / lower permissible value limits. Backlight brightness is adjustable and the automatic power off saves battery.
