The PCE-LMD 5 is a photometer for illuminance measurement from 0 to 400 kLux. The external silicon photodiode probe with spectral filter can be placed exactly where the measurement is needed. Readings appear in lux or footcandles on the backlit LCD and are also shown on a bar scale.
MIN, MAX and PEAK values are available at the touch of a button, and the REL key shows readings relative to a reference. The meter stores 32,000 readings, which can be read out, measured live and exported as CSV on a PC via micro-USB. The internal 3.7V Li-Ion battery charges from 5V DC over the same port. Typical uses are lighting checks in greenhouses, production workshops and photo studios. An ISO calibration certificate is available as an option.
