The PCE-LT 12 is a handheld electrical tester for AC and DC voltage, current and resistance. It also analyses network cables, so LAN connections can be checked for correct wiring and function. Telephone connections can be tested as well.

A cable finder function traces hidden lines: connect the tester to one end of the cable and it works as a transmitter, then locate the cable with the supplied receiver in a wiring harness or behind a wall. The NCV function detects a live line without contact and signals it by tone and light.
