The PCE-LT 15 is a combined LAN tester and digital multimeter. It checks 8-pin data cables with RJ-45 connectors for continuity, open connections and short circuits, so network configuration errors are found quickly. Two rows of LEDs indicate the pin assignment of the cable under test in sequence. If there is a short circuit, more than two LEDs light up at the same time.

As a multimeter it measures DC and AC voltage and resistance, and offers a continuity test with buzzer, a diode test and HOLD.
