The PCE-MA 110TS is a moisture analyser with a weighing range of 0 ... 110 g and a moisture range of 0 ... 100 %. Accuracy is ±0.003 g. The sample is dried in a closed chamber by a built-in halogen lamp Ø90 mm / 3.5" at 40 ... 165 °C / 104 ... 329 °F. Moisture content is calculated from the weight difference before and after drying.
Typical uses are powders in the laboratory, granules in final quality control and oats, grain or wheat in agriculture. Operation is via the 5" touchscreen and 32 drying parameters can be stored. Readings are saved and sent to a PC through the RS-232 Modbus interface; optional software plots the drying curve. An ISO calibration certificate is available as an option.
