The PCE-MA 200TS is a benchtop moisture analyser for absolute moisture from 0 ... 100 % in various materials. It weighs up to 200 g with 0.01 g resolution. The sample is spread on the pan, sealed inside and dried by a built-in halogen lamp of Ø 90 mm at 40 ... 165 °C. Moisture is calculated from the weight difference before and after drying.
Applications include laboratory powders, granules in quality control and oats, grains and wheat on farms. A 5" touchscreen handles operation. The unit stores 32 measurements and sends data to a PC via RS232; software is optional. Unlike capacitive methods, it works independently of characteristic curves. ISO calibration certificate optional.
