The PCE-MO 2005 milliohmmeter measures resistance from 0 µΩ to 6000 Ω using the 4-wire method. It has 6 selectable measurement ranges and is used to check critical connections in electronics and electrical engineering. It works in resistance or inductance mode. Test currents are 10 A, 1 A, 100 mA, 10 mA and 1 mA, with a maximum of 10 A in the 60000 µΩ range. The 3.3-inch LC display has a switchable backlight that turns off after 30 seconds to save battery power.
A comparison function gives a quick pass/fail result. Enter the resistance per metre and the meter calculates the cable length. Overvoltage protection is built in, and the unit runs on mains or batteries.
