The PCE-MSR 450 magnetic stirrer is a stirring instrument for solutions up to 20 liters with adjustable stirring speed between 200 and 2200 rpm, which can be set in 10 rpm increments and are also variable during stirrer operation.
In addition to continuous stirring operation, the PCE-MSR 450 has a timer function with adjustable time intervals from 1 to 999 minutes and a pulse alternating stirring direction function, during which the magnetic stirrer stirs alternately clockwise or counterclockwise within a preset time period. By default, the device will stir clockwise.
The magnetic stirrer also features a slip detection function.
