The PCE-PH20P is a waterproof pH meter for cosmetics. It measures pH from 0 to 14 with an external IJ-44C electrode on a 1 m cable. Use it on shampoos, cleansing toners, foams, gels and other water-based products. It covers checks on raw materials, during production and on finished products, in line with health regulations and GMP principles. Standard hair and skin products usually have a pH of 4.5 ... 5.5.
Calibration is automatic at three points (pH 4, 7 and 10). The meter has a data hold function, an LCD and auto power-off to save the batteries. pH 4 and pH 7 calibration solutions are included.
