Particle counter PCE-PQC 30EU with calibration certificate
/ Real-time measurement / Data logger / Remote access to measurement data / Expandable with different weather sensors / Mountable on rod and wall

The PCE-PQC 30EU particle measuring device measures 6 user-selectable particle size channels and (optionally) temperature and relative humidity. Via Ethernet or (optionally) Wireless 802.11 b / g, RS485 or RS232 connection, the counter easily integrates into a building management network. The counter stores up to 45,000 measured values with time stamps.

The particle counter can be controlled and monitored remotely via a browser. Additionally, it can be permanently mounted on a wall or rod.

Dust Meters

Dust meters (or particle counters) are air quality monitoring instruments that detect the concentration of suspended particles (Particulate Matter - PM). Their operation is usually based on laser scattering (laser scattering) technology, where a beam of light strikes the particles and the sensor calculates their size and quantity.

  • Particle Categories:PM2.5: Fine particles (up to 2.5 μm) that penetrate deep into the lungs and the bloodstream.PM10: Particles (up to 10 μm) such as dust, pollen, and mold.
  • Applications:Industry: Dust control in carpentry workshops, cement plants, and mines to protect workers.Cleanrooms (Cleanrooms): Certification of pharmaceutical or electronics production areas.Environment: Monitoring of air pollution and "smog" in cities.
  • Features: They include a data recording function (data logging), audible limit-exceedance alerts, and often also measure temperature and humidity in parallel.
