The PCE-RCM 11 is an air quality meter and particle counter for indicative indoor air checks. It measures fine dust (PM2.5 up to 2.5 µm, PM10 up to 10 µm), formaldehyde (HCHO), TVOC (0 to 9.99 mg/m³), temperature (-20 to +70 °C) and relative humidity (0 to 100 % RH). Readings update every second and alternate on a 3" TFT LCD. A colour scale flags exceeded limits, and an audible alarm is optional.
It stores 5000 measuring groups. The battery runs for up to five hours and recharges in two hours with the meter off. USB power allows permanent monitoring. A noise sensor, which can be disabled, wakes it from sleep mode. Uses include factories, workplaces, schools, kindergartens and homes, for example to check pollutants outgassed by paints, furniture and adhesives.
