The PCE-ST 2 is a folding probe thermometer for fast temperature checks from -40 to 300 °C. The 120 mm stainless steel probe suits food measurements, and an LED next to the probe lights the measuring point in dark conditions.

The unit switches on when the probe is folded out and off after 90 seconds of non-use. The display rotates with the orientation of the device, so readings stay legible. The ABS housing is rated IP54 and a magnetic holder allows the thermometer to be stored on metal surfaces.
