Chipbreaker

• (MM) - Geometry for general machining of stainless steels. It features a relatively large rake angle (rake angle) for smoother chip flow and a reinforced cutting edge with a flat section on the edge (T-land). Suitable for medium machining of stainless steel and steel. Combines toughness (toughness) and high wear resistance (wear resistance)

Grade

• YG2025 – New CVD grade for stainless steels with high speed (M15–M35). New CVD TiCN - Al₂O₃ coating technology. Combination of new substrate and coating for excellent wear resistance and minimization of built-up edge formation. Also works excellently on steels - alloy steels (ISO P group)

Feed

• Fn = 0.08~0.25 mm/rev

Cutting Speed

• (P1-5) - Vc=120~220 m/min
• (P5-9) - Vc=120~200 m/min
• (M12-13) - Vc=170~220 m/min
• (M14) - Vc=150~200 m/min
