The PCE-VM 5000 is a 4-channel vibration meter. It measures acceleration, velocity and displacement from 10 Hz to 1 kHz using remote vibration sensors. All four channels are displayed at the same time on a large backlit LCD.

Units are selectable: m/s², g or ft/s² for acceleration, mm/s, cm/s or inch/s for velocity, and mm or inches for displacement. Readings are stored on an SD memory card, either automatically or at the push of a button, and can then be transferred to a PC and analysed in Excel.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery. They are used for early fault diagnosis by analyzing acceleration, velocity, and displacement, enabling the identification of problems before they lead to catastrophic failure or production downtime.
