PCE-MA 100 moisture analyzer moisture determination by drying samples with a halogen lamp to determine moisture content

The PCE-MA 202 operates based on the gravimetric method principle. The moisture analyzer uses a halogen lamp to dry the sample of the material to be analyzed. Moisture content is calculated based on the weight difference before and after drying the sample. The heated drying chamber is suitable for testing and studying material samples such as wood, pellets, biomass, grains, animal feed, food products, pastes, resin. 

Thanks to the impressive reading of 0.01 g / 10 mg, the moisture analyzer can determine even very small weight differences, covering a moisture content range from 0 ... 100%, with a reading of 0.1%. Measurement values are displayed on the large, easy-to-read LCD screen.

The moisture analyzer provides the ability to set the drying time (1 ... 99 minutes) as well as the drying temperature (+40 ... +199 °C). Up to 15 different drying programs can be stored in its memory, thus ensuring a controlled, repeatable testing process for accurate results every time. The calibration of the moisture analyzer can be performed at any time using the automatic calibration function and the included 100 g weight.
