The PCE-SLT is a class II (type 2) sound level meter for permanent installation. It measures sound pressure level from 30 to 130 dB in three ranges, with 0.1 dB resolution and ±1.5 dB accuracy, and triggers an audible or visual alarm.

The system consists of a wall-mountable acoustic sensor on a 1.5 m / 4.92' cable, a transmitter with 4 ... 20 mA output and an IP 65 digital indicator. It is used for long-term, continuous monitoring of occupational noise exposure limits in foundries, factories and manufacturing production floors.
