The manual magnet transporter HL-series is ideal wherever conventional load lifting magnets are not used due to the low material thickness. They can be used to transport sheets vertically or horizontally directly from the sheet shelf to the workplace or on a transportation vehicle. They are used for the secure transportation of sharp steel sheets in sheet storage, burn cutting operations, and stamping.

  • Ideal for workpieces starting with a thickness of 2mm
  • Workpieces can be swivelled by 90° (horizontally-vertically)
  • Max. operation temperature 80°C

The rated capacity stated for this product is nominal. It does not include a safety factor (safety factor) and does not imply that the product is suitable for lifting loads equal to this value. Its tractive capacity is sufficient for applications requiring the holding or pulling of loads comparable to those an average operator can handle with one hand, and not for lifting uses. Do not use on cranes, overhead cranes or lifting machinery.

Lifting Magnets

The lifting magnets are powerful industrial tools used for the safe handling of ferrous loads, such as sheet metal, pipes, and molds. They operate without the need for clamps or chains, drastically reducing handling time and protecting the load surface from scratches and deformations.

  • Types: They are classified into permanent neodymium magnets (manual) and electromagnets that require a power supply for large-volume loads.
  • Safety: They feature a high safety factor (usually 3:1 or 3.5:1) and a lever locking mechanism to prevent accidental deactivation.
  • Applications: Ideal for machine shops, steel warehouses, shipyards, and laser cutting or CNC production lines.
