1 Year Warranty

We inform you that our products are covered by a factory warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase, which exclusively concerns defects due to design and/or manufacturing problems.

crane scales that have exceeded the overload limit specified by the manufacturer.

Within the warranty period and following a technical inspection, our company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

After the expiration of the warranty period, our company may repair the product, after informing the customer, either free of charge or at the lowest possible cost, depending on the nature of the damage.
