The PCE-ADL 11 is an anemometer with a data logger for recording wind speed. It measures in m/s, km/h, knots, mph and ft/min. You set it up with the supplied PC software, including the measuring units and the measurement interval. The internal memory holds up to 60,000 readings. After a measurement series, you read the data out on the PC. Results are shown as a curve or in a table.

The impeller responds even at low flow velocities. A threaded hole on the underside lets you fix the unit firmly to the supplied mounting bracket.

Anemometers

The anemometers are measuring instruments used to determine the speed and, in many cases, the direction of the wind. They are essential equipment for meteorology and industry, enabling accurate assessment of air masses and ensuring the safe operation of technical projects.

  • Types: They are classified into propeller (vane), anemometers with cups (cup), as well as thermal (hot-wire) or ultrasonic for high-sensitivity measurements.
