The PCE-G28 is a handheld gauss meter that measures electromagnetic fields (EMFs) in milliGauss (mG) or microTesla (µT). It has an external 3-axis sensor that measures in the X, Y and Z directions. The range is 0 ... 20000 mG / 0 ... 2000 µT, with a resolution of 0.1 mG / 0.01 µT.
Use it to check transformers and to measure EMFs from power lines, computer monitors, electric motors and installations. It measures through casings, covers and housings, so you do not need to dismantle parts. A data hold function freezes the reading. The meter meets IEC 801-1 (EN 50081-1) / IEC 204 (EN 60204).
