The PCE-HT 114 is a refrigerator thermometer and data logger for temperature and humidity. Its temperature and humidity sensor sits on a 2 m (6.6 ft) cable. It records conditions inside the fridge and shows them on the LCD.
It stores up to 25,920 readings for evaluation in the software. Data are saved in a software format and as a PDF report. The report shows a graph of the measurement and lists all measured values. A USB port connects the logger to a PC. The software sets high and low temperature alarms and can switch to the external sensor. The unit has a stand and a mounting tab on the back. The display can be switched off to save battery.
