The PCE-T 238 speedometer is a battery-operated handheld device that allows mobile use. The handheld tachometer can perform contact measurement up to 19,999 rpm range as well as laser measurement up to 99,999 rpm range. Contact measurement can also determine surface speed with a range of up to 1999.9 rpm. Such measurements can be started directly with the tachometer and do not require much preparation.
The tachometer works regardless of the direction of rotation. Thus, it is suitable for applications such as machine maintenance. Non-contact measurement also makes it possible to check the speed of hard-to-reach parts.
