The PCE-VM 5000-KIT is a 4-channel vibration meter that measures acceleration, velocity and displacement. It reads four remote vibration sensors at the same time and shows all four channels on a large, backlit LCD. The frequency range is 10 Hz to 1 kHz.

Readings are saved to an SD card, either automatically or manually. You can then transfer the data to a PC and analyse it in Excel. Units are selectable: m/s², g or ft/s² for acceleration, mm/s, cm/s or in/s for velocity, and mm or inches for displacement.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery. They are used for early fault diagnosis by analyzing acceleration, velocity, and displacement, enabling the identification of problems before they lead to catastrophic failure or production downtime.
