The PCE-VT 3900S is a portable vibration meter for vibrating parts, machines and systems. The external sensor measures displacement (0.000 ... 3.9 mm), velocity (0.00 ... 399.9 mm/s) and acceleration (0.0 ... 399.9 m/s²) as RMS, peak, peak-peak or crest factor. An ISO 10816-3 mode rates each reading good or bad.

FFT mode displays the frequency spectrum of velocity or acceleration, as a full-band graph and a zoom view. Route measurement covers repeat checks at the same points during maintenance and repair. Readings are stored internally and transferred to a PC via micro-USB for graphic and tabular analysis, CSV export and firmware updates. The 2500 mAh battery charges over micro-USB.
