Vibration Sensor for mobile vibration measurement / Max Hold function / Battery operation / Compact design

The Vibration Sensor is a handy measuring device for vibration analysis and machine monitoring in industry, production and maintenance. It is particularly suitable for rotating machines such as motors, pumps, gearboxes or fans, in order to detect imbalances, misalignments or bearing problems at an early stage. Thanks to its portable design, it can be used directly on site for quality control, commissioning or predictive maintenance.

The Vibration Sensor records the three most important vibration parameters – acceleration, velocity and displacement – and displays them simultaneously on the screen. The frequency ranges are 10 Hz to 10 kHz for acceleration and 10 Hz to 1 kHz for velocity and displacement. These values enable precise measurements of both high-frequency vibrations, such as those occurring in gearboxes, and low-frequency movements of slow-running machines.

Technically, the Vibration Sensor is based on a piezoelectric acceleration sensor, which ensures high measurement accuracy, exact repeatability and a wide frequency range. The measured values are shown on a 4-digit, 2-inch LCD display that supports both metric and imperial units. Practical functions such as MAX-Hold allow the highest measured value to be stored. With its robust design, low weight (123 g), compact dimensions and rechargeable battery, the Vibration Sensor is particularly mobile and easy to use. The Vibration Sensor is specifically suitable for operational use in maintenance, for service technicians, mechanical engineers and quality assurance departments that need to monitor machine conditions. The device can also be used in training courses or technical laboratories to demonstrate vibrations and their effects. The Vibration Sensor allows precise statements to be made about the condition of machines, reduces the risk of failure and extends the service life of critical components.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery.
