The PCE-S 42 is a mechanics stethoscope for listening to individual machine parts. It picks up sound from 30 Hz to 15 KHz and amplifies it through headphones, so you can trace noises in bearings and motors.

Two measuring tips of different lengths give access to tight spots. Output volume is adjustable in 32 digital steps. The padded headphones suppress ambient noise for use in loud environments. Typical use is detecting knocking and grinding noises during preventive maintenance and repair.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery. They are used for early fault diagnosis by analyzing acceleration, velocity, and displacement, enabling the identification of problems before they lead to catastrophic failure or production downtime.
