The PCE-VDL 16I is a compact data logger with sensors for temperature, humidity, air pressure, light and 3-axis acceleration. The acceleration sensor samples at up to 800 Hz; the other sensors at up to 1 Hz.

Readings are stored on the supplied 32 GB micro SD card and read out over micro USB with the included PC software. Typical uses are fault diagnosis, stress testing, machine inspection, shock measurements and preventive maintenance.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery. They are used for early fault diagnosis by analyzing acceleration, velocity, and displacement, enabling the identification of problems before they lead to catastrophic failure or production downtime.
