The PCE-VT 1100S is a hand-held vibration meter for assessing vibration on machines and systems. It measures acceleration, vibration velocity and displacement, and keeps the value of the previous measurement. The actual machine condition is determined directly on site.

The meter is mainly used for precautionary or preventive maintenance of production machines. Typical tasks are fast imbalance measurements and checks on bearing and gear condition. It is also often used to assess the state of smaller electric motors.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery. They are used for early fault diagnosis by analyzing acceleration, velocity, and displacement, enabling the identification of problems before they lead to catastrophic failure or production downtime.
