The PCE-VT 3850S is a hand-held vibration meter with an external sensor. It measures vibration displacement up to 3.9 mm, vibration velocity up to 399.9 mm/s and vibration acceleration up to 399.9 m/s². Measurement parameters are RMS, peak, peak-to-peak and crest factor. An automatic evaluation to ISO 10816-3 gives a good/bad assessment of a machine's vibration condition, which suits repair and maintenance work on machines and plant.

Readings are stored in internal memory, manually or automatically, and read out on a PC. The software displays the data as a graph or table and exports it as a CSV file. Firmware updates are also run through the software. The built-in 2500 mAh LiPo battery gives up to 20 hours of operation and charges via the micro USB port.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery.
