Workpiece Materials

• (S) - High-Temperature Superalloys (Fe,Ni,Co) - Titanium Alloys (HRSA, Titanium alloys)

Chipbreaker

• (SF) - Geometry specially designed for finishing machining of superalloys and titanium alloys. Features a large rake angle (rake angle) with short length and is available with small cutting radii (RE). Suitable for small cutting depths (Ap) and low feeds (Fn). Ensures excellent surface quality.

Grade

• YG401 – For superalloys (HRSA) (S10–S20). Durable PVD TiAlSiN coating for excellent protection and lubrication.

Feed

• Fn = 0.10~0.25 mm/rev

Cutting Speed

• (S31-37) - Vc=30~90 m/min
