Chipbreaker

• (PSF) - Geometry specially designed for finishing on steels, stainless steels, and cast irons. Features a small rake angle and is available with small cutting radii (RE). Used for cermet grades. Ensures excellent surface quality.

Grade

• YT100 – New generation general-purpose cermet (P10–P20 / M10–M20 / K10–K20). Increased wear resistance, with a special surface for top finishing.

• Fn = 0.10~0.30 mm/rev

• (P5-9) - Vc=160~480 m/min
