The PCE-CL 20 is a cable locator for tracing live and voltage-free electrical wires. It also locates metallic and non-metallic gas or water pipes, identifies short circuits and follows lines inside walls or under flooring.
The set has two units: a signal generator (transmitter) and a receiver. Both have bright LEDs for dark or dimly lit areas, and the receiver has a backlit LCD. The transmitter sends a 125 kHz signal and works on one- or two-pole circuits, with automatic, manual and UAC measuring modes.
